My Great Grandfather began Lee Sims Chocolate over 50 years ago. He began hand-dipping and molding chocolates in his kitchen using the finest and freshest ingredients. 

When my Grandmother and Grandfather decided to join in the business they turned the little sweet shop into a confectionary wonderland. Taking the candy making out of the kitchen in their home, and into the shop where customers would come in everyday just to see and sample what my grandfather, Nick was making.

Today we use the same recipes and our chocolates are made with the same tradition of quality and family pride that my family began with over a half of century ago.
